선반으로 단차를 내어 가공

각각의 링사이즈에 맞게 제작


테이퍼 가공


역시나 테이퍼 가공된 나사


나사를 돌려 끼우면 테이퍼에 의해 황동봉이 벌어지면서 링을 고정하게 됨


황동봉이 벌어지게 하기 위해 3등분 절삭가공

주물뜬 은반지의 겉을 선반으로 깔끔하게 가공하였다.
